For school

This section is dedicated to all students, from primary to high school; it is a useful tool to re-discover the relationship of man with the environment and the ancient bond with earth and its traditions.
If you want to jump into the past to find out how agriculture was born and why discoveries made by pre-historic people are still important for us today, as well as the novelties brought to our culture by Egyptians, Greeks and particularly by ancient Romans, enter the section “A glance at yesterday to understand today”, and you will learn what history teaches us...

Further, a whole page of history is dedicated to each of the typical products of the Roman countryside, such as cheese, olive oil and wine, to help you learn about these simple products, made with love and respect of nature, and to learn how to enjoy their taste properly.

Further, if you are curious and like asking questions, the section “the page of ‘Whys’ is dedicated to you. Here, you will find out why flowers have a scent, or how bees make honey. And if adults’ replies don’t seem enough for you… read the funnier replies given by children!!
