Toasted bread (Bruschetta)

1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil

Cook the bread (slices) over a low flame and remove them as soon as they turn golden. Rub the bread with the garlic clove, and place it on a serving dish. Trickle some olive oil over it, until it is well covered, add salt and serve hot.
