In 2001, Andrea del Gallo di Roccagiovine, Roberto Perino e Stefano Dorizzi founded the Domusculta Society for the development of the village, a project of renovation in preparation for opening the farm to the public. Originally there were a dining room and three apartments, but by 2004 the capacity had increased to 95 beds, and a conference center and restaurant service with a maximum capacity of 600 people. Situated at the gates of Rome, the Borgo di Tragliata is rich in history and surrounded by a hundred hectares of land, on which the agriculture is predominantly organic. The farm offers accommodation in elegant apartments and rooms. The kitchen is available for events and banquets or delicious lunches in the ancient village. During their stay guests can use the swimming pool and football field, and take courses in gardening, cooking and botany.

Guests are welcomed in two restaurants: “Massello” and “Cantina del Borgo.” The pride of the restaurants: the high quality of the products used, the care and experience of qualified chefs, the home-made pasta and the beautiful location. The dining rooms are available for banquets and events
