The estate is settled in the heart of the Sabina area, controlled by an enormous hackberry. The farm, extended on 35 hectares, is divided into an olive grove for extra virgin DOP Sabina olive oil production (whose production phases are carefully followed by the owners, from the harvesting to the grinding in the farm oil-mill), a vineyard, and pigs and courtyard animals breeding. In 2008 a conserve laboratory has been opened to create gourmand pâté, comfitures, aromatic oils and olive oil chocolate. Guests are host in delicious rooms and in the catering area to taste old flavors cuisine and country recipes.
The farm, born in the early ‘50s, is today directed by a family of young agricultural entrepreneurs, who use passion in their work addressed to the enhancing of the Sabina territory and its typical products.

The restaurant, opened on Saturdays and Sundays (all seasons for house guests), follows a seasonal and traditional management to re-discover the ancient flavors and the country recipes. Available for banquets and events.
