An ancient, late 19th Century farm, immersed in a 10 hectares park inside the Marcigliana Natural Reserve: this is the Fonte di Papa Estate. A farm house which preserves the natural and the agricultural area aspect and invests in the zoo technical sector hosting private horses in boxes and paddocks in the open air. It has also an interest in social activities addressed to the rehabilitation for people with handicap through horse therapy. The farm house renovated with care, offer hosting for guests, but is also open to events or parties, with the beautiful sight to the Marcigliana Natural Reserve hills. Ancient property of the Boncompagni Prince, postwar years the estate become property of the General Giorgi Montfort who addressed part of the estate to the horse breeding and another part to the wine production in the ancient Fonte di Papa cellars, with a 30 hectares vineyard, now reconverted to other cultivations. Private house for over 30 years, in 2003 the Estate become a farm house.

The apartments (about 50 square meters) have a double room with TV and private bathroom (some apartments have an extra bed available), a sitting room with sleeping sofa and kitchen corner, external private garden (for only ground floor apartments). The Kitchen corner is all comforts equipped (refrigerator, 2 burner gas stoves, microwaves oven). Some apartments have a typical fireplace.
The second farmhouse of the estate is an old restored stable, available for parties, weddings, private and public events. It has about 200 seats. The garden can host 400 other people. The wooden portico is available for aperitifs, hors d’oeuvre and buffet cakes and dessert.
