From a late 19th century farmhouse overlooking a wide valley, the Blasi family has operated its vineyards for generations. Their longstanding love of good cooking inspired the owners to open the house to guests in 2006.
The farmhouse rises in the heart of the Castelli Romani, in an area famous for its DOC wines. The farm produces wines of the highest quality, while the restaurant offers its own regional cooking. The products on offer are garden vegetables, fresh pasta, bread and pastries. The farm organizes company lunches and dinners, ceremonies, birthday parties and wine and food tastings. There is an outfitted play area of 200 sq m, football field, volleyball court and on-site parking for buses and cars. For children there are “cooking courses for little chefs”.

The kitchen utilizes only high-quality products of the local area and of the farm itself. Higlights are the fresh pasta shapes, imaginatively dressed with sauces made to order; the bread is naturally leavened following local tradition, as are the rolls flavoured with rosemary and walnuts and served hot. Finally, there are leavened cakes, tarts and biscuits enriched with dried fruit. The dishes are accompanied by the wine from the vineyard
