Parks and natural reserves
The Reserve well proves the Roman countryside landscape, protects wide flat areas for grazing and cultivation, and also hills covered by woods. Here, during the Renaissance, there were urban villas and many vineyards (orchards where grew fruit, vegetables and cereals). Note that the large landed estate structure and the agricultural use have remained unchanged over time.
