Over the last few years it has been restructured, with new vines and a new wine cellar, while continuing to respect the winemaking traditions of this area. The vines are all DOC – denominazione di origine controllata (protected denomination of origin), and the beauty of the other areas of the farm is enhanced by olive groves and small woods of spontaneous species.
