Category:
pig ribs
slices of homemade style of bread
extra virgin olive oil

Season the pig ribs with oil, salt and pepper and place them on a grill. When the fat begins to drip, place some slices of bread under the grill so that they soak up the fat:  bread made in this way is called “panunta” (greased bread). When the pig ribs have turned golden, place each one on a slice of bread and serve.
