Vegetable flan with cheese fondue


½ kg black cabbage
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
A choice of cheeses for the fondue

Wash the cabbage and let it pick up some flavour in a pan. Put it in a blender, and place  the mixture to cook in baine-marie style for 40 minutes, with the egg and nutmeg.
Prepare a fondue of cheeses, place it on the bottom of a serving dish which you will then  put the flan on. Serve hot.
