Macori’s family was moved by Mussolini from Forlì to this farmsteads which where part of the Pontina’s area reclamation. The rural house, redeemed by Antonio’s grandparents, became initially farmhouse and then an educational farm. Its name comes from a small mulberry plant brought by Antonio’s grandmother and become now a big tree with a 20 meters diameter crown.
The farm holiday, close to Rome and its coast, is ideal to taste the typical local cuisine, choosing strictly seasonal products, vegetables such as zucchini flowers, pork meat and poultry, directly from the farm and fresh pasta. All the products are available to be purchased by the guests. Learning activities include farm tours where children observe, feed or take care to the animals or take part to thematic labs to produce cheese, oil or bread.

The restaurant, open on demand, offers a fixed prize menu with mixed grill, homemade pasta, and pizzas stuffed by farm products. Themed events are organized according to the seasonal product of the moment, such as pumpkin or zucchini festivals, St. Martin holiday, etc.
