The farmhouse is placed on the ridge of a hill, in the heart of the Aniene Valley, few kilometers from the municipality of Subiaco. The farm, surrounded by chestnuts woods, consists mainly of an olive groove which offers an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil savory but really light. Vegetables and fruits are grown to delight the guests’ palate. Founded in the late 1990, the farm includes some 19th Century cottages belonged to a Subiaco family. Two cottages, recently renewed, and a small deconsecrated church have been preserved. In 2000 Leonardo and his wife Paola, opened the farm holiday and thenceforth they provide hospitality and food service for the guests and the look after of the land.

The nineteenth-century cottage respects the original structure and atmosphere. The rooms, with bathroom, are all different, and decorated with old style furniture.

Paola and Leonardo use only genuine and farm products such as extra virgin olive oil and whole-wheat flour for their guests. The offered dishes are typical of territory: strozzapreti with tomato or porcini mushrooms sauce, the pappaciucco (made with cabbages placed in the pan, oil, garlic, hot pepper and small pieces of yellow pizza flour) or the ndremmappi typical dish of Jenne.
