The farm, on the slopes of an old extinct volcano, covers 85 hectares of land among chestnut trees, olive trees and stones. The property offers two different fully refurbished structures accommodating 6 or 12 people. During your stay you can enjoy the swimming pool, the football field and the stables (located 3 km from the farm), or stroll among the hazel and chestnut trees and drink at the Precilia fountain, renowned in the area for its water, which is said to have curative effects for those with kidney problems.
The holiday farm springs from the owners’ idea to open their farm to guests, the farm itself having been in operation since the beginning of the 20th century. In one of the farm houses now open to guests the farm agent Giacobini once lived on the first floor while the barn and kitchen were on the ground floor. The house was opened to guests after a meticulous renovation.
