The farm, set in the heart of the typical production area of the Frascati DOC wine, is made up of farmhouses of the 15th-19th centuries, built on top of two ancient Roman cisterns, and overlooks a splendid view of the Colli Tuscolani and Rome. Inside the farmyard visitors can see a part of the ancient Via Labicana, and the lands include vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. Today one wing of the 18th century building is dedicated to winemaking process, up to its bottling and packaging. Staff are available for guided tours in English and French. Next to the sampling hall there is the oil press, which produces an excellent olive oil. The farm is always open, Monday-Saturday, from 9.00-1.00 and from 4.00-6.00.
