The company was founded in 2004 as a brew pub facing the sea; in 2010, it became a brewery and moved its headquarters to Fiumicino. Since 2012, it is also an agricultural brewery. The company cornerstones are: strong link to the territory, care in the choice of raw materials and simplicity of recipes. The main product is naturally craft beer, but beer jelly, beer distillates and sweet and savoury biscuits made with threshers also deserve a taste. The Brewery is open Monday to Friday, from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM and from 2.30 PM to 6.00 PM; Saturday only in the morning.

The company is located in Fiumicino, at Isola Sacra, halfway between the airport and the Ostia beach, not far from the archaeological site of Ostia Antica.
