In un vecchio casale dell’800, recentemente ristrutturato, è in piena attività il caseificio MozzaRé che, tutti i giorni, dal 1999 produce mozzarella di bufala e ricotta, nodini e trecce pure di bufala. La produzione giornaliera, l’alta qualità del latte di bufala utilizzato rende speciale l’azienda.

Come arrivare
Dal G.R.A. uscire in direzione Bufalotta (tra l’uscita 10 e 1100. Seguire le indicazioni per via di Settebagni/via della Bufalotta fino ad arrivare all’incrocio con via della Bufalotta. Girare a destra e percorrere la strada per 500 metri circa.
