The farm’s distinctive mark is the refined quality of its products, which points on the uniqueness of some of kinds of wine produced and tends to the rediscovery of old autochthonous vines, which were the base for the ancient wines produced in the Castelli Romani. A monumental road lined by cypress and olive “cipressini” trees leads to the farm, surrounded by “Fenix” e “Wonscintoniane” palm trees. From this slope you can admire the vineyards. Old native vines such as Malvasia del Lazio, Bombino are now side by side with allogeneic vines such as Cabernet and Petit Verdot. The “Muffato di Malvasia del Lazio” wine stands out from the rest, and is made by adding noble mildew. Samplings and guided tours are available in English and French. Products are on sale in take-away packages.
