Ring shaped wine biscuits

800 g flour
1/2 litre extra virgin olive oil
1/2 litre of Frascati wine
2 sachets of yeast
1 pinch of salt
700 g sugar
grated lemon

In a salad bowl mix the flour with the oil and the white wine, add sugar and salt.. Mix carefully so as to obtain a uniform dough. Put greaseproof paper in a baking tin. Make doughnut shapes from the dough and place them in the tin leaving room for raising and making sure they don’t break. Sprinkle them with sugar. Cook in oven at 180°C for around 20 minutes and in any case until they become brown. In Frascati they are dipped into white wine together with pizzutello grapes.
