Cooked pears with milk cream

12 spadona pears
100 g sugar
100 g cream

Peel the pears, remove the seeds by emptying them from the bottom.
Place them in a pan with 100 g sugar and cover all with water.
Place the pan on a moderate flame, cover with a lid and cook for a few  minutes after the water has started to boil. After this, let them cool down.
Place the fruit on a plate and cover with cream.
