Sausages with broccoli

1 Roman broccoli
1 kg sausages
2 cloves of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
peperoncino (small Italian chilli)

Wash the broccoli and cut it into tops. Add salt and cook it in a pan with oil, garlic and peperoncino for 5 minutes. Then, add the sausages (pricked with a fork) and let them brown on a high flame, adding 1 glass of wine. Lower the flame and cook for another 10 minutes.
