The farm spreads over 20 hectares between the Tiber valley and the Nature Park of the Monte Soratte.
Established in 2004, the farms cultivates sowable land, vineyards, olive groves, wood, and also raises pigs, sheep, chickens and donkeys.
Four large and bright rooms and a restaurant with traditional and genuine products are available for guests. The farm’s organic products are served with light and aromatic oil typical of the Soratte mountain and with wood-oven baked bread. Specialties include dishes such as the “frascarelli”, the “gnocchetti con fagioli” (gnocchetti with broad beans) and “arrosticini.”
Guests may also participate in artisanal food courses, help out in farm activities, and take horse and donkey rides, while children can participate in several activities and educational laboratories.
