The Tenuta Colfiorito is a farm which spreads over 35 hectares on the slopes of the Monti Tiburtini, at an average altitude of 400 metres above sea level. This area is particularly well suited for the production of olive oil. Its olive trees are age-old and the organic oil produced is excellent. Olive oil is cold pressed in the farm oil mill. The farm also produces wine, fruit and vegetables.

How to reach us
Take the Autostrada A24 Roma-L’Aquila (Rome-L’Aquila motorway) and exit at Castel Madama toll booth. Tenuta Colfiorito is just after 4 km, just before the town. How to get there/by train: From Tiburtina station take the Rome-Pescara line, get off at Tivoli station and take a bus up to Castel Madama. Alternatively, go Ponte Mammolo underground station (Line B) and walk to the last stop of the Roma-Castel Madama Linee Laziali railway.
