This livestock farm is immersed in the green of the Roman countryside between Bracciano and Anguillara Sabazia. The Pitzalis family raise, with true passion, about 1500 Sardinian sheep, and produce ricotta and cheeses using only the farm’s own milk. The family has always had a shepherding tradition, and still respects the oldest customs, such as that of the transhumance and of narrowing, as much as possible, the area of production for cheeses. The shop is open from Tuesday-Saturday, from 9.00-1.00 and from 4.30-6.30..
